What I ate during the last week

David asked me what exactly I ate and I’ve been writing it down it for a few days. I don’t weigh the food and I do not count the calories. Skipping meals is not one thing that worries me.
Day 1:
- Breakfast: nuts, natural yoghurt
- Snack: –
- Lunch: salad (tomato, cheese), grilled hake, broccoli, water
- Snack: nuts, butter, brie, mini coconut milk ice cream
- Dinner: «callos» (tripe, tinned) and kefir
Day 2:
- Breakfast: –
- Snack: –
Lunch: vegetable soup, chicken breast, yogurt, water - Snack: brazil nuts
- Dinner: kefir, prosciutto, Greek yoghurt, macadamia nuts, chicken broth
Day 3:
- Breakfast: nuts
- Snack: coffee with milk
- Lunch: salad (lettuce, egg, tomato), grilled salmon with eggplant, one apple, water
- Snack: Brie cheese
- Dinner: kefir, pork liver with butter, plain yogurt, decaffeinated coffee with cream
Day 4:
- Breakfast: Nuts
- Snack: –
- Lunch: Salmon, pepper, eggplant, chicken, Greek yogurt, nuts
- Snack: flax bread with butter, coconut milk ice cream (mini)
- Dinner: kefir, pork liver
Day 5:
- Breakfast: nuts, coffee with coconut milk, chicken broth
- Snack: –
- Lunch: salad («gourmet», with olives), burger (no bread), coffee with cream
- Snack: coffee with cream, Greek yogurt
- Dinner: kefir, two fried eggs with Havarti cheese
Day 6:
- Breakfast: nuts, coffee with coconut milk
- Lunch: –

- Snack: nuts
- Dinner: kefir, gourmet salad with olives and anchovies, coconut milk ice cream (mini), yogurt, chicken broth
Day 7:
- Breakfast: nuts, coffee with coconut milk
- Snack: Brazil nuts
- Lunch: salad with tomatoes, eggplants, perch, natural yoghurt
- Snack: kefir, coconut milk ice cream (mini), nuts
- Dinner: hake, smoked salmon with butter, gourmet salad with olives, Greek yogurt, mini coconut milk ice cream
Day 8:

- Snack: –
- Lunch: –
- Snack: nuts, coffee with cream, chicken broth, bacon, coconut milk ice cream (mini)
- Dinner: nuts, black chocolate, salad (tomato, egg, zucchini), kefir
Note: im meals marked with «-» indicate that I ate nothing, not that I don’t remember what I ate.
Note: I do not usually eat «callos». I love them, but they are not one of my usual meals.
Note: in some of the meals I was out and I couldn’t fully decide what I ate. I only could , chose what meal from the menu seemed better
Note: when I say «nuts» I mean a sorted selection weighing 50g (macadamia nuts, cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, sunflower seeds). I didn’t keep a records of eventual eating of a few walnuts or almonds
Note: a few weeks ago I used to eat more flax seed bread because of its omega-3, but I am warried because they are high in fiber and therefore Ihave reduced their intake
