My notes say it was on the 25th of August 2013, exactly one year ago, when I started eating low-carb, counting and limiting carbs. During the 3 months before that I believe my diet was already low in carbs because I wasn’t eating bread nor pasta, but my focus was on counting calories, not carbs.
I will celebrate this anniversary with a video, but please be careful!
