Este documental está dividido en dos partes de media hora, la primera dedicada a la dieta y la segunda a las estatinas, fármacos que reducen el colesterol. I just watched the «Heart of the matter» documentary. It has two 30-min parts, the first one talking about diets and the second one about statins, drugs aimed to reduce blood cholesterol levels.

El documental fue censurado en Australia de forma completamente arbitraria. A mí me parece altamente recomendable. The documentary was censored in Australia for no good reason. I highly recommend watching it.
